Register Parlay Maker fails

I can log on the web site but get the following error when registering the Parlay Maker:

Conversion from string "Un" to type 'Integer' is not valid.
Attempt to connect to prolineplayer.com failed
Please try again later.

I have a few hunches:
go to start:
1 search for region and language -
2. click on the first result
3. under the formats section make sure it displays " English - United States" , click on 'addtional settings..'
4. click on each 'numbers',' currency', 'time', 'date' tabs and click on the reset option then click on apply.

is the date on your computer set to update automatically ? (make sure it's EST)
click on the date section on your taskbar, on the window that pops up, click on internet time -> 'additional settings', make sure the checkbox is marked and to update from time.windows.com

What version of windows are you using ? A different language of windows may be an issue.
To check the version: go to start right click computer and click properties.

Has the parlay maker program previously worked on the system you're currently using it on ?
if it has been working before, you can do a system restore...
