Yes, it's supposed to be an Excel graph of the pot size. I have a script that samples it every minute. Let me figure out a better way to share it.

They delayed and delayed me with so called specialists forever with mine and wife’s accounts. Ultimately paying a small amount then closing all cases saying points were paid final decision . I then filed complaint with bbb ( loblaws) and got my points then proceeded filing another one and got paid again . Below is the template for my future complaints . Feel free to use .


Hello my name is Richxxxx xxxxxxxx and my PC optimum number is Cxxxxxxxxxxxx .
Loblaws banner stores often has gift card promos and PC points are awarded instantly except for Shoppers drug mart offers in which case they say wait 2-4 weeks. That itself is fine but often the points do not arrive . Shopper drug mart flyer advertised June 4th - 10th Get 7,500 PCO points for every $50 or more spent on OLG, McDonald's, Kobo or Playstation gift cards. I bought $21000 ( 14 transactions ) in OLG gift cards and should be awarded 3,150,000 PCO points . I waiting just over the 4 weeks and started the 14 point inquires per their instructions on missing points. Pc Optimum support escalated the inquires to a specialist and said they will respond in 3 days but now its been weeks and I receive 337000 points which is far short of what is owed. This is not the first time this has happen. When inquiring it will always be escalated to a specialist which in my opinion means delay. Eventually the delays will expire any obligation to honour points. I just want the points owed and nothing more. I will also like to include a couple of the case numbers that have been escalated to specialist couple times xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx I will post below receipts and picture of offer from shoppers flyer.

I didn't splurge like you, but I spent $11800 on 12 receipts for 1,770,000 points, and I got a similar runaround from customer support. 😂

I had to scan the offer and e-mail all my receipts, to be passed off from one specialist to another, disconnected from the phone, etc. I'm convinced they are making it difficult so people just move on and forfeit the points.

After my twitter rant on Saturday afternoon, I was pleased to see the points credited to my account Monday morning. This is after going back and forth for weeks with their call centre.
