How simple is this. Game List with actual event numbers. Visitor, Tie, Home odds. Moneyline, Point Spread, Over/Under odds, very clearly displayed & some good odds. They also have games marked with an "S" for single game wagering. All OLG had to do was follow this model for instore gaming. Keep your Proline+ app for online players with more betting options but for ones that just want to play ML, PS, O/U, Pools, & some player props, keep the old Proline. Loved the H/V plus odds, ie winning by more than 8 pts in football.
Bad rollout, bad advice. Think OLG was worried about the market opening up April 4. But your loyal customers were your in-store players. OLG has completely abandoned them.
